Allan Saint-Maximin has joined Damac as a free agent, the club announced on Wednesday.
Saint-Maximin, who played for Monaco last season, was previously linked with a move to Manchester United and Chelsea but decided to join Damc instead.
The Frenchman is a versatile player who can play in multiple positions, including central midfield, wing-back, and attacking midfielder.
Damac have been active in the transfer market this summer, signing several key players including Christian Atsu, Fabio Quintero and Jorgan Hoeksma.
The club's chairman, Ali al-Nuaimi, said: "We are delighted to welcome Allan Saint-Maximin to our squad. He brings a wealth of experience and skill to the team."
Saint-Maximin, who has won four caps for France, will be hoping to make an immediate impact at Damac and help the club compete for honours next season.
