Sadio Mane, the Senegalese forward who has been linked with a move to Manchester United this summer, impressed in Saudi Arabia on Sunday night.
The Liverpool star played for his new club Al-Nassr in their 2-1 win over Al-Hilal in the Arabian Gulf League.
Mane, who was introduced as a substitute in the 78th minute, made an immediate impact by running wide on the left side of the pitch and creating space for himself.
He then beat two defenders before sliding a low shot past the goalkeeper to score the winner for his new team.
It was a stunning display from Mane, who is known for his pace and dribbling skills.
His performance also highlighted the importance of having a quality winger in any team's squad, especially when they are playing against a strong opponent like Al-Hilal.
Al-Nassr coach Paulo Sousa praised Mane's performance, saying: "I am very happy with Sadio's performance tonight. He showed great technique and movement, which helped us win the game."
Mane's goal also meant that Al-Nassr moved up to second place in the league table, just one point behind leaders Al-Faisaly.
Overall, it was a successful debut for Mane in Saudi Arabia, and he will be hoping to continue his good form when he returns to England next week.
